Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the rules for using the quantixum.com website (hereinafter: "Website") and the conditions for providing services by Quantixum Science (hereinafter: "Service Provider"). By using the Website and the Service Provider's services, you accept these Terms of Service. The User is obligated to read these Terms before using the services. The Service Provider provides scientific support services to natural persons, legal entities, and organizational units without legal personality (hereinafter: "Client").

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply: - Website — the quantixum.com website together with all its subpages. - Service Provider — Quantixum Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 11, 35-015 Rzeszów, Poland. - Client — an entity using the Service Provider's services. - Services — scientific support provided by the Service Provider, including: scientific manuscript writing, theses, statistical analyses, bioinformatics, scientific translations, posters, presentations, consultations, data visualization, review and editing. - Order — a request for service fulfillment placed by the Client. - Client Dashboard — the Client's individual account on the Website enabling order management.

The Service Provider offers the following scientific support services: - Scientific manuscript and article writing. - Thesis and dissertation support (bachelor's, master's, doctoral). - Statistical analysis of research data. - Bioinformatics analyses and computational chemistry calculations. - Scientific translations (Polish-English, English-Polish). - Scientific poster design. - Scientific presentation preparation. - Scientific consultations. - Scientific data visualization. - Scientific text review and editing. The detailed scope of each service is determined individually with the Client.

Service ordering is done through: - Filling out the contact form on the Website. - Contacting us via the Contact page. - Placing an order through the Client Dashboard. Upon receiving an order, the Service Provider prepares an individual quote taking into account the scope of work, deadline, and project complexity. The quote is valid for 14 days from the date of preparation. Order execution begins after the Client accepts the quote and makes payment (or pays a deposit for larger projects).

Service prices are determined individually based on the scope and complexity of the project. Indicative prices listed on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Accepted payment methods: - Bank transfer. - Card payment (Visa, Mastercard). - Online payments (Przelewy24, BLIK). For projects exceeding €500, the Service Provider may offer installment payments: 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon delivery of completed materials. A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for every order in accordance with applicable regulations.

The service delivery deadline is determined individually and confirmed in the quote. The Service Provider makes every effort to meet agreed deadlines. In the event of delays due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider, the Client will be promptly informed of the new delivery date. Completed materials are delivered electronically via the Client Dashboard or email in the agreed format (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TIFF, etc.). The Client is entitled to revisions within the scope specified in the quote (typically 1 to 3 rounds of revisions depending on the package).

Upon full payment for the service, all property rights to materials prepared by the Service Provider within a given order are transferred to the Client. The Service Provider does not retain copies of delivered materials after project completion, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Client declares that materials provided by them (data, texts, illustrations) do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

The Service Provider undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all materials, data, and information provided by the Client in connection with order fulfillment. Client materials are not disclosed to third parties without the Client's explicit consent. After project completion, materials may be deleted at the Client's request. Employees and associates of the Service Provider are bound by confidentiality clauses.

The Service Provider is responsible for the quality of services provided and their compliance with the agreed scope. The Service Provider is not liable for: - Use of delivered materials that is unlawful or violates the Client's institution regulations. - Consequences resulting from the provision of false or incomplete data by the Client. - Editorial decisions of scientific journals regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates.

The Client has the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of material delivery. Complaints should be submitted: - Via the form on our Contact page. - Through the Client Dashboard. The complaint should include a description of the objections and the expected resolution. The Service Provider will address the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt and inform the Client of the resolution.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the Website. Orders placed before the change of Terms are fulfilled under the previous conditions. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of agreement — by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office. These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025.
